Marriage and In-laws

Do you think marriage is easy? Do you know how important it is to have in-laws that you like?


When you first get married, you and your spouse are still in the “honeymoon” phase. This lasts for the first couple months.


Then, you have your first real fight as a married couple. Here’s some advice.


When you are in a fight with your spouse, don’t involve anyone else. Especially not your family. Once they have that negative view of your partner, it’s hard for them to think of them positively again, even after the fight is over. It’s important to keep fights and disagreements between you and your spouse. Talking with them to figure things out is the best option. Even though it might feel good to vent to your close friend or family member, try to resist that urge. You will regret sharing too much information about you and your partner’s fight.
